Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
A return request must be submitted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Proof of purchase (such as order confirmation or invoice) must be provided.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include the following in your email:
Your full name
Order number
Reason for return
Photos of the product (if applicable)
Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item.
Return Time Frame
You must ship the returned item within 3 days after receiving return approval.
Items returned after this period may not be eligible for a refund.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days from the date we receive the return.
Since we operate on a cash-on-delivery basis, eligible refunds will be issued through one of the following methods:
Bank transfer
Store credit (based on your preference)
Non-Returnable Items

Items marked as final sale or clearance
Used or damaged products (unless they arrived damaged)
Customized or special-order items
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, contact us at [email protected] within 3 days of receiving the product.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos and a brief description in your email. We will cover any return shipping costs in these cases.
Late or Missing Refunds
